Return / Exchange Policy

COVID -19 (coronavirus) Update
In response to the threat of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and recent CDC advisories, we have temporarily stopped exchanges on all items. This response is a measure to prevent the spread of the virus to and from our facilities and customers. The CDC advises that COVID-19 can live on surfaces anywhere from a few hours to days. We would like to assure our customers that there have been no reported cases of infection from personnel within our facilities and we are working hard to keep it that way.

Processing

A temporary hold may be placed on orders with differing billing and shipping addresses. Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once it leaves the Warehouse, Waist Trainers by RethaRenee is no longer responsible for any items.

We do request 2-5 business days to process an order, depending on volume. Once the item has been processed, you will receive your USPS tracking number.

Please note that you will be charged a $6.00 Processing Fee for all returns. The most economical return method is USPS flat rate shipping, however, you can use any insured shipping method you desire. Keep your tracking information for reference.

We use USPS Priority shipping (Usually 1-3 day transit time)

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series. Once it leaves the Warehouse, Waist trainers by RethaRenee is no longer responsible for any items. Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company.

Item’s on backorder status are sold out and ship as soon as inventory is available.
